This policy explains how Vetlyf delivers its services — where we travel for home visits, when appointments and emergency support are available, and how long results take. It is referenced by clause 5 (Fees and Payment) of our Terms of Service.
1.Home Visit Services
For home veterinary services:
- Available within a 10 km radius of our clinic in Sector 89, Gurugram.
- Standard visits between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
- Additional charges may apply for extended distances.

2.Service Timing
Our service delivery schedule:
- Regular appointments: within the selected time slot.
- Emergency response: within 30-60 minutes.
- Video consultations: as per the scheduled time.
- Laboratory results: 24-48 hours standard turnaround.
3.Service Coverage
Our service coverage includes:
- Clinic appointments at Vetlyf Pet Clinic & Healthcare, Sector 89, Gurugram.
- Vet home visits across Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and surrounding areas.
- Video consultations available nationwide.
- Emergency support by phone, 24x7.
4.Delivery Charges
Any charges applicable to a home visit are shown at the time of booking, before payment. Where a visit falls outside the standard radius above, the additional distance charge is included in that total.
